AGTI Diploma is given only if the student have studied at Government Technical Institute(Putao) under Department of Technical and Vocational and Educational Training of Ministry of Education for three years.

- AGTI (Mechanical)
Short-term Course Certificates are ones which are given only in Government Technical Institutes and Government Technical High Schools under Department of Technical and Vocational and Educational Training of Ministry of Education.
