Duties and Responsibilities of Teaching Departments

I. The duties and responsibilities of head of department are

1. Accountability to the principal.
2. Scheduling and assigning subjects to teachers.
3. Teaching and demonstrating in accordance with curriculum, Curriculum design from time to time.
4. Making the exam questions, checking the answer papers and announcing the exam result.
5. Writing the articles the training books, doing research work.
6. Supervising laboratories at department, the maintenance of laboratories equipment.
7. Improving teacher’ academic and teaching skills.
8. Helping teachers solve teaching problem.
9. Supervising the completion of practical training in time.
10. Proficient presentation of practical lessons.
11. Maintaining the laboratory equipment, systematic issuance for practical training and supervise the costs.
12. Training in machine handling skills.
13. Students to attend the school regularly and understanding the subjects.
14. Encourage students to follow goof manners set specific rules.

II. The duties and responsibilities of the head of engineering department are

1. Accountability to the principle.
2. Creating subject schedules for each department and distribution of teaching to teachers by position.
3. Teaching in accordance with the curriculum and demonstration.
4. Occasionally revise custom reports.
5. Preparing and making exam questions , checking the answer sheet  winning list.
6. Preparing and making training textbooks and doing the research work.
7. Maintenance and supervision of equipment in the department.
8. Improving teacher’s teaching skill.
9. Helping and solving of teacher’s teaching difficulties.
10. Monitoring of the practical training status of the teaching staff in your department in time.
11. Practical demonstration of practical lessons.
12. Maintenance of  practical room and laboratories equipment ,  systemically giving  the equipment for practical training and checking the extraction records.
13. Training and practicing the machine handle skill.

III. The duties and responsibilities of Lecturer, Assistant Lecturer and Tutor are

1. Accountability to the Head of Department.
2. Teaching in accordance with the curriculum and demonstration.
3. Occasional teaching and practice in accordance with the curriculum.
4. Preparing and making training textbooks and doing the research work.
5. Supervise the laboratories in the department and maintenance of the laboratory equipment.
6. Practical demonstration of practical lessons.
7. Maintenance of  practical room and laboratories equipment ,  systemically giving  the equipment for practical training and checking the extraction records.
8. Training and practicing the machine handle skill.

IV. The duties and responsibilities of Laboratory Expert (2), (3), (4) and (5) are

1. Supporting and demonstration of practical lessons of each department.
2. Maintenance of equipment in workshops, giving for practical training systematically, distribution of records of expenses by hierarchy under the direction of the Head of Department.
3. Proficient training in practical lessons and machine handling.
